Last year we rescued a young, vibrant Chinese Crested and named him Carl. Two days after bringing Carl home, he became very ill and lethargic. After reading reviews online, we chose to take Carl to PPAC.   The staff was warm and welcoming and gave us honest information on what to expect. Carl spent a week in isolation with Dr. Stephens and staff caring for him around the clock. Thanks to Park Plaza Animal Clinic, our sweet boy survived and we are eternally grateful for the care he was given. We are forever fans of PPAC and happily take our 4 dogs and 2 cats to visit them regularly. As with other clients, Doc has even taken home our eldest Chihuahua to care for her overnight. We have never received such personable service from a veterinary clinic. Doc and Brandi and the rest of the staff 
are like family to us. We couldn't have picked a better team to care for our babies. ---Tiffany and Ashley

Dr. Stephens and her staff are wonderful. We took a feral kitten to her office. The 4-month-old kitten had a foot infection that caused the top of the foot to explode from the pus. Dr. Stephens treated the kitten, sent medication home with us, and went above and beyond in helping to care for the kitten. Another vet's office had turned us away. Instead of a loving sweet kitten dying, the kitten is healthy and will be going to a new home when it heals because of Dr. Stephens and her staff. Kudos to the doctor and her staff for their care and concern for animals. I have been using another vet but will be transfering my three cats care to Dr. Stephens.

I came home from work on a Saturday afternoon and found my beloved Lilly had become very ill. I called my normal vet who had already closed for the day. I then found Park Plaza Animal Clinic was still open and gave them a call, They were closing in 30 minutes but told me to go ahead and come on in. As soon as I got there they took us back. Turns out Lilly had eaten a sock and was going to need surgery immediately! Dr. Stephens and her wonderful staff stayed that evening and removed the sock. They called me when she was out of surgery and told me she was doing well but would need to go home with Dr. Stephens over the weekend.  I received phone calls and texts from Dr. Stephens with updates on how she was doing and she even sent me pictures of her to make me feel more comfortable with what was going on. I feel they went above and beyond to save my Lilly and will forever be grateful to all of them. I have since switched all of my pets to them.
